Pre-Taped Call in Show

I’ve been taking some time today to perform my duties at my job. I’ve also been working on some artwork for the site. Unfortunately this has left little time to put together a beefy post. I leave you today with a clip from Mr Show. It’s a textbook example of how sketch comedy is supposed to work. I’ll be back tomorrow with a new comic strip if I have time to draw one.
Mr. Show is still some of David Cross’ best work aside from his stand up. I’m always a little disappointed with his appears on the Colbert Report, but it is pretty difficult to outshine Colbert.
I’m not a huge fan of his stand up either. I don’t think that diminishes him as a comedian, it’s just that he’s a sketch/situational type of guy.
